22 Minute Hard Corps!

This company is doing it again!  Years ago they started with game changing P90X that really changed the face of what can be done in 90 days from the comfort of your home.  As a brand new momma 7 years ago I attempted the 60-90 minute workouts and as much as I loved them I couldn't ever get through one un interrupted.   Since then they hav went on to make some top notch 30 minute and even as little as 25 minute programs that are geared towards maximum benefits from minimal time.  They have officially out done themselves with this brand new 22 minute program, start to finish!

What is 22 Minute Hard Corps?

Created by Tony Horton, creator of P90x, P90x2, P90x3 and more.  It is a mixture of 8 routines that alternate between total body cardio & resistance.  6 weeks in length and 1 workout per day.  It is fast paced with little rest (Lord help me) ha!!  Easy moves, Tony said back to the basics but moving quickly to maximize time and results. 


Dumbells and pull up bar (I use a resistance band in a door jam)  Are you worried maybe this isn't for you?  Don't worry...me too!! I loathe cardio, I really do.  However I trust in the trainer and the program and the RESULTS I have seen pouring out from the test group...yes please!   I have committed to really challenging myself and stepping out of my comfort zone in the last year of my 20's!
