If you want to experience the most luxurious all inclusive resort in Cabo San Lucas then you must do yourself the favor and visit Pueblo Bonito. Sunset Beach is the main resort and a sister resort that hosts private villa's is MonteCristo Estates. Luxury 3 & 4 bedroom privat villa's.
We have stayed at both and I must say you can't go wrong. If you want to be more central to all the amazing food and public pools and in the scene the main resort of Pueblo Bonito is amazing. We got lucky and we could walk straight out our patio to the beach. The entire grounds are carved into and up the mountains so being on the beach definitely had its perks. However if you are looking for seclusion or maybe traveling with family or a group the private villa's is hands down the way to go. Not only are they STUNNING but the views are incredible. You have your own private infinity pool, a personal concierge, full kitchens, and either 3 or 4 bedrooms that can sleep 10-12.
Our last trip we booked for myself and a few friends 30th birthday. We all had had babies in the last year and about to hit a milestone in our life!! I mean if you needed an excuse for a vacation, that is a good one to have. So 6 of us headed off for fun in the sun in Cabo. Between the beach, the food, golf, and fishing we had so much fun.
So if you know me you know my love of food so really all inclusive is just the way to go if your vacationing with me! Ha, really though if you drink it is hard to beat the convenience. I wasn't pregnant this time like our last trip to Cancun but when it comes to shrimp, guac, and mimosas -- it's practically a requirement that they be bottomless. I have my favorites that are my go to no matter where we are but I love trying new things and Pueblo Bonito brought there A game. So grab a tissue because you made need to wipe the drool after these photo's! (side note-- the Golf course steak house dinner is extra BUT WORTH EVERY PENNY.)
The french toast needs its own blog post. It was the BEST I've ever had and breakfast is my favorite meal. You can find this sweet treat at the golf course and it's worth the wait and drive down there, even when you wake up starving. I just had a sad realization that I lost several of my photo's when my phone didn't back up correctly and I took a lot of food photo's on this trip -- well because naturally that is my fave part. The steak house Quivira was to die for (located at the golf course and not all inclusive) We did the themed surf and turf night and I am not a big sea food gal aside from shrimp and it was hands down one of my fave meals (located in the bar of MonteCristo) On a side note that night I sat under an air vent and was absolutely freezing and the staff went out of their way to go get me the most beautiful blanket to cover up in for dinner. The Bistro was where we ate a few meals as its 24 hrs and this is where that amazing Pizza came from. The Asion Fusion at Zao Shen was on of the high lights. We had a long day at the beach and fishing so going in and sharing all the food was the perfect last dinner of our vacation. Aqua bar and Grill is the perfect and delic option for poolside eating. I am talking the BEST shrimp nacho's we've ever had.
